Change in the number of shares and votes in BioInvent International AB

Lund, Sweden – 29 March 2018 – BioInvent International AB (publ) (BINV) today announced that the company’s total number of shares as per 29 March 2018 amounts to 350,399,494 shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the directed issue of 45,704,281 shares to Swedish and international investors announced on 28 March 2018.
